Channel Eye is a Sri-Lankan youth sports channel operated under Sri Lankan Rupavahini Corporation. It started broadcasting in 1999 with the name Rupavahini and it was renamed to Channel eye on August 2000. The symbol eye is derived from the 3 pillars of channel: Entertainment, Youth and Education. Piyadasa Ratnasinghe is the founder of the channel.

Channel eye airs a large number of sporting events. In it's first year, it broadcasted the documentaries of the famous Discovery Channel and until 2008, the Tamil programming was aired under the brand of Channel Eye. The channel telecasts both local and international sports programs focusing mainly on the cricket. It became the TV official broadcaster for 6 ICC Cricket World Cup tournaments and 3 ICC World T20 tournaments.
