About Zee Telugu Entertainment Channel
Zee Telugu channel is telugu regional channel and it is a premium Telugu language channel offered by the Zee network. It is a Telugu-language cable television channel in India. The channel was launhced in 2005 after the success of various other regional channels like Zee Gujarati, Zee Marathi, Zee Bengali and Zee Punjabi.Zee Network made a foray into the South Indian marker with the launch of Zee Telugu. At a ceremony at Taj Krishna, the new channel was launched by megastar Chiranjeevi. The launch ceremony has around 300 invitees with prominent personalities from the TV and film industry present.
Some of the popular programmes on the channel are “Gold Rush”, hosted by popular female anchor Udayabhanu, as well as soap opera “Nishabdam”.
