Venkateshwarulu alias Venky is an unemployed youth who always wanders aimlessly with his friends in Vishakhapatnam. By chance, he and his friends are selected for the Police Training to become a Police Officer. Venky and his friends get instructions to go to Hyderabad for training. They plan to go there by train. In the train, Venky sees a girl named Shravani and immediately falls in love with her. Shravani, along with her father, is also traveling to Hyderabad. Shravani is proposed by Venky who rejects him. Venky drinks alcohol and threatens to kill a girl and Shravani’s father by the next day. The next day, the girl and Shravani’s father are found dead. Venky and his friends escape.
