A. Check if your wi-fi is connected properly. If the connection is good, check the speed of the connection to see if you are getting enough bandwidth to play the videos. If It is less than 1.5 MBPS try to give more bandwidth to Scope and try again.
A. Scope lists out all the Wi-F's dynamically. Try to restart the device and check if you are experiencing the same issue
A. Check the device you wanted to mirror/cast and Scope is connected to same wi-fi. After connecting to the same Wi-Fi, check if you have connected the right device to the Scope. If you are still unable to cast/mirror try to restart the Scope

A. Try to restore the Scope to factory settings by going to the advanced section of settings app. Click on the restore to factory settings and select yes on the pop-up.
A. Check if you can see the red LED light on the top of the remote is responding to the clicks on any of the buttons. If the LED light is not responding send the remote to YuppTV Scope address after contacting our support. If you can see the led light is responding, try to restart the device and check again.
