Sun NXT: Activation steps

Mobile app (Android app/iOS app):

1. Open the Sun NXT app -> Go to Settings-> Click on the Login button
2. Select Forgot password.
3. Enter your YuppTV registered email ID and click on the "Get OTP" button. An OTP will be sent to your registered email ID.
4. Enter the OTP which you have received in your E-mail and click the proceed button.
5. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
6. After successfully changing the password. Sign in again with your YuppTV registered e-mail ID and new Password. (Settings ->Login).

Desktop Computer or Laptop:

1. You can sign in directly from the Sun NXT website as shown below.
   1. Open the Sun NXT website: -> Go to Profile-> Click on the Sign-in option. https://www.sunnxt.com/signin
   2. Select Forgot password.
   3. Enter your YuppTV registered email ID and click on the "Send Request" button.
   4. You will receive an Email to your YuppTV registered email ID with a password reset link.
   5. Click on the Password reset link and You will be redirected to the password reset page.
   6. Change to New password and click on the submit button.
   7. After successfully changing the password, go to the Sign-in page of the Sun NXT website. (Profile->Sign-in). https://www.sunnxt.com/signin
   8. Sign-in page: Enter your YuppTV registered email id and the new password which you have created.
   9. Click on the Login button-> Sign in Successful.

Smart TVs - Sony TV, Samsung TV & LG TV, Android TV & Android STB (Set-Top-Box)

1. First-time activation flow: The user needs to do the following on the mobile app/website before going to TV Device.
   1. Users need to reset their password on the Sun NXT app/website and then sign into the TV app, using the new password.
   2. Refer to the steps above on how to reset the password on the Sun NXT app / Sun NXT website.
2. Sign into a new device (TV) flow: (After first-time activation is completed as per the above steps)
   1. Open the Sun NXT app on your Smart TV/set-top-box.
   2. Go to Settings and Click Login Option
   3. Enter your YuppTV Registered Email ID and Newly Created password in the above steps.
   4. Click on the Login button-> Sign in Successful.

AHA App:

Mobile app (Android app/iOS app):

1. Open the Aha app and go to the menu.
2. Click on Sign-in & select the Sign-in with E-mail option.
3. Enter your YuppTV registered email address and select 'next.'
4. Then click on 'forgot password.'
5. An OTP will be sent to your YuppTV registered email ID.
6. Enter the OTP which you received and click the "Submit" button.
7. Enter the new password.
8. Re-enter the password to confirm
9. Click on save password.
Now, log in again with the new password.

Desktop Computer or Laptop

1. Activation flow:
   1. Open the https://www.aha.video/
   2. Click on the Sign-in option & select the Sign-in with E-mail option
   3. Enter your YuppTV registered email address and select 'next.'
   4. Then click on 'forgot password.'
   5. An OTP will be sent to your YuppTV registered email ID
   6. Enter the OTP which you received and click the "Submit" button
   7. Enter the new password
   8. Re-enter the password to confirm.
   9. Click on save password.
   Now sign in again with the new password.

Smart TVs - Samsung TV, LG TV, Android TV, Amazon Firestick, Android STB (Set-Top-Box) & Sony TV etc..

1. First-time activation flow: The user needs to do the following on the mobile app/website before going to the TV Device.
   1. Open the Aha app/website and go to the menu.
   2. Click on Sign-in & select Sign-in with E-mail option
   3. Enter your YuppTV registered email address and select 'next.'
   4. Then click on 'forgot password.'
   5. An OTP will be sent to your YuppTV registered email ID
   6. Enter the OTP which you received and click the "Submit" button.
   7. Enter the new password.
   8. Re-enter the password to confirm
   9. Click on save password.
   Now sign in again with the new password.
2. Sign into a new device (TV) flow: (After first-time activation is completed as per the above steps)
   1. Open the Aha app on your smart TV.
   2. Go to the menu and Click "Link Device" Option
   3. Scan the QR code displayed on the TV or enter the code given on your TV screen in the Aha mobile app/website https://www.aha.video/activate
   4. After scanning the QR code (or) entering the given code, you will be able to sign in to the Aha app on the TV.
