Nagesh Kumar, the cartoonist, submits his cartoon of the day to the newspaper editor, Bose Dada, who is giving him another chance to revive his career. The cartoon is about Nagesh's super-hero, Nyayi Rakshak, punishing a politician by throwing him off a high-rise building. Incidentally, by the time the cartoon is printed and circulated in the night, a politician is actually killed by someone in exactly the same way that Nagesh had drawn in his cartoon.
