Prem visualises that the Tapori Shayar, hamshakal of ND, takes over ND's bungalow and pledges to Ustadji that he can stay in his house. Prem informs this to ND who does not want either Ustadji or Tapori Shayar to enter his house. But their plan fails as Ustadji enters the house before they can do anything. Prem has another vision that Ustadji has Rs 1.5 crore to give away and things take a drastic turn.
