Alertness and sincerity are the most desirable qualities that are looked up to in any profession, but in the police force, these traits are at the foundation. Aligarh Crime Branch's constable, Hassan, displays such traits when he witnesses a violent rape video on his son's mobile and informs his seniors. The PI gets a gist of some foul play, and hence, the cops come into action. What follows thereafter, is a murder, blackmailing, molestation, and an unimaginable illegal racket.
