Ryan and Andy are friends and members of a rock band. Both find themselves in a troublesome situation as Ryan is found dead and Andy, the bass guitarist, gets accused for it. Since, Andy is Varun's cousin, Pathak takes the case in good faith. He is found not guilty in the first trial due to lack of evidence and false testimony. Andy isn't thankful to Pathak and leaves.
