A factory worker dies near a lake where he and his co-worker had gone to throw the factory waste. The co-worker gets accused of the murder. However, the co-worker says that he saw Yaksh there. As the tale goes anybody who dirties the river is threatened by Yaksh with dire consequences. KD doesn't believe in this, but a lot of the villagers agree with this myth. How is it that so many of them have seen the Yaksh if it doesn't exist?
