Ganesha starts narrating the story of Annamalaai. Meanwhile, Jayant reaches Surapadmans chamber. Surapadman is shocked to find him there. Jayant then gives him the knowledge about Kartikeyas powers. Azamukhi arrives and asks Surapadman to permit her to punish Jayant and to teach him a lesson. However, Surapadman insults her instead. Later, Azamukhi visits Surasaee and asks the same. Surasaee knows that Kartikeya has started pradikshina of Arunachalam. Therefore, he cant defend or attack. So, she readily gives Azamukhi the permission. Azamukhi then reaches the torture chamber and tortures Rajatkeshtha to learn about Kartikeyas weaknesses. However, Rajatkeshtha starts praising Kartikeya. Meanwhile, Jayant does the same in Surapadmans chamber. Jayant and Rajatkeshtha describe that Kartikeya is the most powerful, kind hearted and a providing god.
