As soon as he returns home, Chandradhar begins to narrate the tale of a robber in order for his children to realize Shiva's divine energy, and inspire devotion in their minds. The robber is too involved in anticipating his attack and waiting for the prey, but he ends up worshipping the Shivling symbol and in turn, impresses Shiva. However, the involvement of Mansa and her ultimatum to Chandradhar and Sonaka ends up being fatal for Chandradhar's children.
