She is envisioned as dwelling in the chest of Mahavi??u, born of the milk ocean, and worshipped by Sarasvati, Rati, and Indrani. Seated in the hearts of the devoted and extolled by the Devas led by Brahma, she is praised as Madhava Manohari—the one who captivates the heart of Vishnu himself. Set in the rare raga Madhava Manohari, the composition beautifully reflects this imagery.
