Three victims are kidnapped in quick succession with no sign of any ransom calls. But CID notice a pattern in the kidnappings - they have all occurred at places related to children, where there were clowns present. They soon realise that they are on the trail of a psychotic serial killer who kidnaps his victims dressed as a clown. Will they be able to stop this terror?
