Superstar Kareena gets a bomb threat to stop her promotion of the movie and to leave Bollywood by an obsessed fan. He wants her to come to him otherwise he will kill her on the day of the release of her movie- Heroine. CID gets into the case and finds the dead body of Kareena's bodyguard. They now have to catch the killer fan before he could harm Kareena.
