The press conference of a film is happening at a 5 star hotel. While everyone is waiting for the lead actress, Sonakshi, to join, they hear her shriek from inside her room. Everyone rushes to her room to find a man lying dead inside, shot. CID's investigation yields no clues about the victim's identity, but they realise that he was searching for something in Sonakshi's belongings. Who is the man and what was the man after? And who shot him?
