Dr. Hrishikesh is a nuclear scientist, who, since losing his daughter, has been fixated on contacting her in the afterlife. This obsession is only strengthened by a mysterious group of people that arrive at his lab offering him a small wax hand, which they claim belongs to Shweta, trying to commune with her father. His wife contacts CID suspecting that her husband is being led into something dangerous by these people, when a murder occurs at the lab Dr. Hrishikesh works, and he goes missing.
