A journalist named Nishikant is killed in a newspaper office. CID suspects that this is a case of professional rivalry or enmity, but they soon discover something suspicious. The victim had made notes on a newspaper article on the kidnapping and hidden it in his cabin. Their investigation reveals that there has been no such kidnapping- it is a secret message written in code for a group of terrorists.
