The plot of the movie mainly revolves around women, Ramalakshmi who is highly frustrated by the domination of male in the society. She receives a letter from Amba in Vizag who had lost all her relatives because of the same reason. To take revenge, she makes them drink something whereby women start behaving like men and vice versa. When a police come for investigation, he is made to do the same. When police meets Ramalakshmi, she finds that he is still a man and makes him drink the herb again. He cheats and marries her.
