It is a story showing true and fake relations built for some motive. Wealthy businessman Vijay Kapoor owns and manages his factory which prospers yielding profits to provide a source of income for his family. After completing his studies abroad; Vijays only son, Ajay comes to join his fathers business. Rajesh is an employee working in their company. Vijays daughter Priti falls in love with Rajesh and they marry. But Vijay and Ajay are deceived by Rajesh as rajesh eyes on their property.
