The plot is a simple one involving the fidelity of a queen to be proved by her son, the prince. The movie uses the fantasy genre and gives it a period feel. Vikram, played by NTR, is a prince who is a victim of an assassination attempt on him during his birthday celebrations. The king sends his personal bodyguard to catch the culprit.
