The jobless hero (Sooraj ) used to rome with his friends and the story happens in Baali Village which comes under Ulundhurpet. Asusual hero starts to follow the girl (Jayathi Guha) and make her love with him. Kadhal Dhandapani played as Minister for theie district, he cheats the village people by having all the benifieds & offers from Goveronment. Here comes our hero, he starts invistigate on this and through the of RTI (Right to Information) he gather all informations against the minister.
